• Generate sales leads and manage sales pipeline in the North American IT market

• To provide onsite software development or support services to end customers in North America
• Participate in outsourcing project, work as an onsite interface between end-customers and development teams in China

• 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 4 years working experience in software development
• Must speak both English and Chinese
• Able to work flexible schedule – possible evening working hours
• Experience in software outsourcing sector a plus

• Manage cross-functional project team which team member could be located in multiple geographic locations throughout the project development life cycle
• Hold conference calls and meetings with English speaking oversea clients 
• Prepare project plan, requirement analysis, work estimation and project schedule
• Provide status reports to and engage with customers and key project  stakeholders on a regular basis

• 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in software
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• Good communications skills and the ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
• Fluent English, Working knowledge of Mandarin
• Technical team leader experience in software development
• Experience in software outsourcing sector a plus

• Prepare solution technical and architecture design
• Present solution architecture to English speaking clients through conference calls and/or meetings
• Provide technical leadership to project teams
• Enforce technical standards throughout software development cycle

• 4-year degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 5 years working experience in software development
• Expert level in Java application and database development
• Previous experience in architect/technical leader role
• Good communications skills and the ability to work well in multi-cultural environment
• Fluent English, Working knowledge of Mandarin
• Experiences in software outsourcing sector and project management a plus
